Sandy Garossino claimed Tesla founder Elon Musk was withholding her grandchildren from her and pleaded with him to allow them to meet their great-grandmother one last time, as she was in end-of-life palliative care. Sandy Garossino, the mother of Elon Musk's ex Grimes, aka Claire Boucher, took to X on July 27 to publish a series of posts addressed to the Tesla founder, claiming that he is withholding her grandchildren from her and her mother, who is the children's great-grandmother.
Elon Musk shares three children with the Canadian musician, X Æ A-Xii, Exa Dark Sideræl, and Techno Mechanicus.
After her tweets went viral on X, netizens took to her post and commented, expressing their shock. While some users found it sad to read, others hoped the children would get to meet their great-grandmother before she passed,
Some users also noted Sandy has been very private about her family, and empathized with her.

"Please Elon, I beg you": Sandy Garossino pleads with Elon Musk
In her recent X post on July 27 addressed to Elon Musk, Sandy Garossino hoped he received the Father's Day card she helped X Æ A-Xii make and added writing on X was the only way for her to reach him. Sandy mentioned that her 93-year-old mother was in end-of-life palliative care and "yearned" to hold her great-grandchildren one last time, especially the youngest whom she hadn't met yet.
Sandy Garossino also mentioned Musk is withholding her grandchildren and their passports from their mother Grimes. She went on to question Musk about the whereabouts of her grandchildren and also asked who they were with.
In her last few posts, Sandy Garossino pleads with Musk to honor his agreement and let them meet her mother before she passes,
"Please Elon, I beg you. This is so painful for my mother, and concerning for the kids. Time is of the essence now."
Musk has been currently spotted at the ongoing Olympic games in Paris. However, it is not confirmed whether his children are with him at the games.
