Tiger King star Joe Exotic recently took to social media to comment on Luigi Mangione. Similar to the rest of the internet, the former was seemingly in awe of the latter as the CNN news outlet posted content on him. For those uninitiated, the 26-year-old alleged assassin remains behind bars in Pennsylvania as he is fighting the extradition to New York.
CNN uploaded an Instagram reel regarding the arrest of Luigi Mangione. As many commented under the social media post, eagle-eyed netizens observed that Joe Exotic also commented on the alleged shooter. Joe Exotic jokingly remarked in the comment section:
“I would do him.”
Many were confused by Joe Exotic managing to comment under a social media post as he currently remains behind bars. The American media personality is facing a 21-year sentence for plotting a murder for hire against his adversary Carole Baskin.
Meanwhile, netizens have taken to the internet to react to Joe Exotic's Instagram comment. One netizen said:
Several others similarly expressed shock over the same, while others continue to express their liking towards Luigi Mangione. Comments on Reddit read:
“LMAO, Joe Exotic is probably working on a prison transfer as soon as he can,” a Reddit user said.
“Luigi girl, you’re in danger,” a platform user said.
“This is probably the only thing this man has ever said that made any kind of sense to me,” an internet user said.
Last month, the Tiger King star made a desperate plea to president-elect Donald Trump for a pardon. He claimed in a letter that he was “scared as hell” over Kamala Harris becoming president and asked Trump to pardon him as prisoners were “forced to live like rats.” Meanwhile, other reactions read:
“In a very strange twist of fate, Joe Exotic is all of us now,” a Reddit user said.
“Get in line,” a platform user commented.
“This is really full circle,” another netizen said.
