American political analyst Candace Owens recently claimed that Blake Lively is "not a good person” in the midst of the latter's conflict with Justin Baldoni. In a recent episode of the Candace Show aired on YouTube on January 8, she discussed the ongoing legal dispute between Baldoni and Lively.
She further expressed her opinions about the two Hollywood celebrities' ongoing feud. The Green Lantern actress was also referred to as "a bit of a brat" by the pundit. Owens further confessed that she thought Lively was mistaken and that she thought Baldoni would prevail in the case.
While talking about the same, she then stated:
“Do not let (the lawsuit) distract you from the fact that she is not a kind person. She’s a modern feminist."
This happened as the dispute between It Ends With Us co-stars Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni intensified. Lively sued Justin Baldoni for alleged s*xual harassment and organizing a smear campaign in December 2024. In response, Baldoni filed a lawsuit of his own against The New York Times for their coverage of the claims.

Candace Owens, well-known for her thoughts on hot-button topics, further discussed the Blake Lively vs. Justin Baldoni case during her recent show. Owens said that she thinks Lively might be responsible for Baldoni's alleged slander campaign and asked why Lively "went to a civil rights thing" and "gave it to The New York Times" instead of "filing a lawsuit."
She continued to ask:
"Was this just a way to salvage her reputation?"
Then Owens continued by sharing a personal memory of Lively from her time as a Glamour intern. She recalled that her editor had allegedly called Lively the "most difficult" and "rudest" person she had ever "worked with." Owens further wondered what her legal battle was about and said:
“This was a Sinister PR move. Blake Lively then moved 11 days later to file a lawsuit. So now she has filed a lawsuit and I don’t think she ever wanted to do this… People know this behind the scenes.”
The 35-year-old analyst further criticized Blake Lively's behavior in "playing the victim" in the lawsuit during the same program, referring to it as "modern feminism on steroids." She continued condemning the actress, referring to her as "remarkably unlikeable."
Additionally, she spoke out against Amber Heard's backing of the actress. About the same, she said:
"Amber Heard came back and made a statement… I think after allegedly pooping on Johnny Depp’s bed, she should sit this one down.”
Owens made these remarks following Blake Lively's recent lawsuit against her former co-star in the newly released film It Ends with Us. In the lawsuit, which TMZ obtained on December 21, Lively accused Baldoni of s*xual harassment and a deliberate attempt to harm her reputation in the lawsuit.
The 37-year-old actress further stated that she had experienced "severe emotional distress" as a result of Baldoni's alleged conduct. According to Lively, things were so terrible that her husband, Ryan Reynolds, was asked to attend a meeting to discuss the issues.
As per Forbes, In January 2024, Lively, Baldoni, additional producers, and Sony representatives agreed on 30 specific conditions to ensure a respectful working environment.
These conditions reportedly required Baldoni and Heath to refrain from showing Lively any videos or images of nude women, avoid discussions about pornography or s*x, and include an intimacy coordinator for scenes involving both Lively and Baldoni.
The agreement also reportedly prohibited any unwanted touching or s*xual remarks without consent and barred Heath and Baldoni from requesting Lively to enter her trailer while unclothed. Furthermore, no additional s*x scenes could be added to the movie under this agreement.
The two actors have been involved in a legal back-and-forth since the cases were filed, garnering a lot of media attention.
