The situation escalated when officers tried to detain Zylka, who reportedly resisted arrest, requiring three officers to handcuff him. Paramedics on the scene administered ketamine to subdue him.

The actor, who was briefly engaged to Paris Hilton in 2018, is currently facing six charges stemming from the December 4 incident. According to the court records obtained by the outlet, the individual faces two felony charges—assault and attempting to commit an offense—along with three misdemeanor charges: disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and aggravated menacing.

Chris Zylka's legal team has since contested three charges, including the two felonies and the misdemeanor for disorderly conduct. Following his court appearance on December 16, records show that four of the five warrants issued for Zylka's arrest were recalled. Despite this, the misdemeanor charges for resisting arrest and aggravated menacing remain uncontested.

The My Super Psycho Sweet 16 actor had previously been admitted to the hospital for treatment following the December 4 arrest, as confirmed by Detective Sergeant Eric Laprocina.
