Donald Suchinsky was arrested on Thursday in connection to r*ping a second alleged victim. He has been accused of assaulting the second victim almost 10 times.
It was further confirmed that Donald Suchinsky was one of the three former Philadelphia cops and school resource officers charged with s*xual harassment, as per CBS News. Law enforcement officials have also urged the public to reach out to them if they have any information regarding the tragic incident.

Donald Suchinsky, 57, has been accused of r*ping and s*xually assaulting several victims from 2017 to 2022. The second victim's brother was allegedly murdered, and Suchinsky was investigating the case in 2017, which is how he got in touch with her.
On May 18, he was charged with r*pe, involuntary deviate s*xual intercourse, s*xual assault, indecent assault, terroristic threats, and official oppression for his role in at least 10 alleged incidents of assault against the second victim. Prosecutors claimed that Suchinsky allegedly intimidated the woman so that she stayed silent.
As per CBS News, SIU Supervisor ADA Lyandra Retacco said:
“News media reporting and social media sharing of defendant Donald Suchinsky's arrest last February was, we believe, instrumental in the development of information about the second victim and our new allegations in this second case.”
Law enforcement officials believe that the former Philadelphia cop assaulted many more individuals
In another case in 2020, a man was murdered, and Suchinsky was charged with s*xually assaulting and harassing his mother in February. He was charged with aggravated indecent assault, official oppression, and stalking in connection to the crime.
Law enforcement officials believe that several other victims of Suchinsky's might be out there, and have urged them to reach out to the Special Investigations Unit. They further stated that the staff and prosecutors would provide support and assistance to the survivors of these crimes.
Lyandra Retacco added:
“We have reason to believe that there may be yet more victims who have truthful information about defendant Suchinsky, and who may have encountered him while he was performing his official duties as a police detective investigating murders.”
News outlets tried contacting Suchinsky's lawyer, who refused to comment on the matter. It was further revealed that Donald Suchinsky worked in the police department for around 34 years, and was fired earlier this year after the charges were filed against him.
Authorities are currently investigating the case further, and locating other victims if any.
