"It seems impossible to say goodbye to someone who means so much. This world was truly a better place because of her, and the impact of her life touched so many."
The circumstances of Jessica's death have not yet been formally disclosed to the public. However, while paying a tribute, her sister Jody Garrod-Schantz, wrote on Facebook that she had been suffering from cancer.

Dominic Dieter's wife recently died of cancer
Rover's Morning Glory host Dominic Dieter is currently dealing with the loss of his wife. Before the tragic incident, he was absent from the show for quite some time, without giving any explanation to his fans.
Now the reason was finally made public, by Dominic Dieter’s wife, Jessica’s family. Announcing her death on Instagram on Thursday, her family said,
"There's a huge empty spot in our hearts and lives that we will never be able to fill, but so thankful for the wonderful memories that we cherish of this dear girl.While it seems the tears will never stop, we rejoice that she is with her Lord who she loved dearly, and once again reunited with her dear mom and grandparents. This was a quote that Jessica loved and lived her life by.”
They further wrote,

Moreover, paying tribute to Dominic Dieter's wife, her sister, Jody Garrod-Schantz, wrote on Facebook,
“Today at 6:39pm a golden heart stopped beating. God welcomed one of his most faithful servants home. There are no words to describe the heartache that my family and I feel right now. My sister Jessica was truly an earth angel. She bravely fought stage 4 breast cancer for over 20 years and never once complained. A true warrior.”
She went on to say that throughout her life, Dominic Dieter's wife has served as an unceasing demonstration of God's kindness, loyalty, and love. Then she said that the knowledge that she is pain-free is the one thing that gives her comfort.
She went on to say that she was aware it was not a farewell since she would see her again and that she was well and cancer-free. She ended by stating that she was her best friend and she loved her.
