TikTok creator Jiare Schneider, 31, was discovered dead on November 26, 2024, after missing for ten days. Schneider's body was found off Brown Road in Jonesboro, Georgia, by family and friends who organized the search, as stated by PEOPLE.

The Clayton County Police Department confirmed that Schneider was located inside a silver Toyota 4Runner, a vehicle he borrowed from a friend, which had crashed into the woods.

Schneider had been last seen on November 15, traveling the road where his vehicle was ultimately found. According to Lt. Ricky Porter of the Clayton County Police Department,

"Our officers received a call from friends and family of Jiare Schneider, who's been missing from Forest Park." Family friend Germequa Bell shared, "This morning, a group of us gathered, and we came out here, and we went to the woods … and there he was. We knew when he disappeared that something was up."

Police stated that Schneider's vehicle had traveled westbound across Brown Road, through dense overgrowth, and struck a tree.

Lt. Porter noted, "We did find the vehicle deep in the woodlice, which indicates there was a fast speed approaching the intersection."

The crash site was located a few hundred yards from a content creator's house that Schneider had reportedly visited on the night of his disappearance.

Jiare Schneider's disappearance linked to a night out

On November 15, Jiare Schneider allegedly borrowed a silver Toyota 4Runner for an evening out at an adult entertainment club named Rumors, as stated by PEOPLE. The family said he had not returned or contacted them since that night, which was unusual. Schneider's sister, Jasnique Oliver, mentioned that he had stopped calling his young son, which raised alarms.

"He hadn't called his son, and that's not like him," Oliver stated.

Jiare Schneider's son, diagnosed with DiGeorge syndrome—a chromosomal disorder—relied on regular communication with his father. The search for Schneider intensified when his family utilized cellphone location data, which eventually led them to the wooded crash site. The area had been challenging to search earlier due to construction barriers.

Jiare Schneider, known as @Big_Homie_TooTall on TikTok and Instagram, was pursuing a career as a social media content creator. His sister described him as eager to grow his online presence through music and creative ventures. Despite his budding aspirations, his family remained his priority, with his son being a central focus in his life.

The discovery of Schneider's body has left his family grappling with grief and unanswered questions. Bell expressed frustration over what she perceived as insufficient support from local authorities during the search.

"Of course, [we're] relieved that we found him, but still angry that we didn't get the resources, the help that we were asking," she said.

Authorities have yet to determine the exact cause of Jiare Schneider's death. The Clayton County Police Department has confirmed that the investigation remains active. No further details about the circumstances surrounding the crash or Schneider's activities on the night of November 15 have been disclosed.

As Schneider's family mourns their loss, they are focused on supporting his young son and preserving his legacy.
