Karine Jean-Pierre has made her way into the headlines after she gave her opinion on the antisemitic hate crimes amidst the Israel-Hamas conflict. In a viral video, Karine Jean-Pierre, the White House Press Secretary, can be heard saying that the White House does not have “any credible threats” against any community, including the Jewish community.
“We have not seen any credible threats, and so just want to make sure that’s out there, but look, Muslims and Arab Americans have endured a disproportionate number of hate-fueled attacks,” she said.
As soon as her video giving the answer on the concerns for antisemitism went viral, Rep. Jared Moskowitz, a Jewish lawmaker from Florida, criticised the comment.
He said that it was a “weak answer.” As Karine was seen reading from the book, Moskowitz also questioned the same and said:

Many bashed Karine Jean-Pierre over her comments. However, the WH Press Secretary then tweeted with her clarification, stating that the “President and the team is very concerned about the rise in antisemitism.” She said:
The comments came in just after the Anti-Defamation League reported that since the Hamas-Israel conflict on October 7, 2023, there have been 107 recorded antisemitic incidents in the country.
The Anti-Defamation League also reported that there were close to 350 messages on terrorists from various militants against Jews and Israelis.
Karine Jean-Pierre has been serving in the White House since May 2022
The recent video where Karine Jean-Pierre can be heard talking about the antisemitic hate crimes has brought the White House Press Secretary a lot of hate from the masses.
Karine has been serving as the 35th White House Press Secretary since May 2022. Born in August 1974, Pierre became the first black person to acquire the position.
Born and brought up in France, she completed her education at the Kellenberg Memorial High School and then completed her graduation from the New York Institute of Technology.
Education wise, he has a degree in Public Affairs from Columbia University. She then started her career as the outreach coordinator for Walmart and then moved on to work for Barack Obama during his 2008 Presidential campaign.
Furthermore, she also worked as the deputy campaign manager for Martin O’Malley’s 2016 Presidential campaign.
However, she was then hired as a senior advisor to Joe Biden’s 2020 Presidential campaign and was then made the White House Press Secretary in May 2022.
Karine has been the spokesperson for the White House for over a year now.
