Alexis Lorenze’s Paroxysmal Nocturnal Hemoglobinuria (PNH) case and its symptoms are being heavily discussed online after the Florida woman showcased her swollen face, with red marks all over her body.

She and her father, Todd, have been documenting her condition ever since, revealing that the patient suffered from a severe reaction after taking three administered vaccines, as ordered by her medical practitioners.

Alexis Lorenze revealed on her TikTok account that she suffers from PNH, a rare blood disorder that requires a blood transfusion. After undergoing the same at UCI Medical Center in Orange County, her condition reportedly improved.

However, for it to be completely effective, she was required to be up to date with her vaccinations, subsequently leading to her receiving three vaccines for tetanus, pneumonia, and meningitis simultaneously.

Her condition then proceeded to worsen, which led to her getting admitted to the ICU and reportedly fighting for her life. A fundraiser, titled "Save Alexis," that was created to help with her medical expenses on Give Butter, revealed:

“Within 10 minutes of the vaccines, Alexis went temporarily blind in both eyes, had a locked jaw, began vomiting, and then things went horribly downhill from there.”

For those uninitiated, Paroxysmal Nocturnal Hemoglobinuria is a rare blood disorder that has one main symptom - passing red, brown, or dark urine during late-night or early-morning trips to the bathroom. Oftentimes the urine becomes dark as it is stained from blood.

PNH occurs when the immune system damages red blood cells and platelets and can be life-threatening if left untreated, leading to hemolytic anemia, chronic kidney disease, and thrombosis (blood clots).

According to the Cleveland Clinic, other symptoms of PNH, apart from the dark-colored urine, include persistent fatigue with shortness of breath, tiredness, kidney problems, difficulty swallowing, oesophageal spasms, back pain, stomach pain, and erectile dysfunction. To treat the same, healthcare practitioners use targeted treatments, including complement inhibitors.

Meanwhile, Alexis Lorenze’s father took to Facebook to reveal that as the 23-year-old was initially hospitalized at the UCI Irvine Medical Hospital, she was “gaslit and neglected.” Todd further stated:

“She even had to pee in a bucket because no one would assist her!”

Meanwhile, X user @VigilantFox reported that Alexis Lorenze was not given proper treatment initially. Additionally, despite her reportedly being in “excruciating pain” and in a “deteriorating condition” after receiving the three vaccines, medical staff only gave her painkillers and Benadryl at first.

The Vigilant News' editor-in-chief also claimed that the doctor who had mandated Alexis’ vaccines had “disappeared from the picture.”

The 'Save Alexis' fundraiser has been created on the Give Butter website to help Alexis’ family raise money for her medical expenses, and it reads:

“This is a serious vaccine injury and Alexis is now fighting for her life in the hospital. VSRF has sent Angela Wulbrecht, RN to try and save her life with our trusted team of doctors by our side. Alexis has no health insurance in California. She is being transported today to a private hospital in Los Angeles for specialized treatment.”

The fundraiser has amassed $127,456 at the time of writing, which is 18% of their $700,000 collection goal.

Alexis Lorenze has also revealed that her family is in contact with lawyers, and is documenting her condition on their advice. However, the legalities of her case were not made public at the time of writing this article.
