Beyonce has announced her Renaissance Concert Film, titled Renaissance: A Film by Beyoncé with the world premiere for the film scheduled for November 30, 2023, in London, and the US premiere scheduled for November 25, 2023, in Los Angeles.
The singer announced the new film, which will be released to theatres on December 1, 2023, via a post on her official Instagram page on October 26, 2023:
Presale for the film is currently online and is priced at an average of $28 plus processing fees, depending upon the theater and seating choice. General tickets will be available from November 9, 2023. All tickets and presales can be accessed from the official website of the singer as well as theater websites such as Cinemark, AMC Theaters, and more.

Beyonce's Renaissance Film, titled Renaissance: A Film by Beyoncé, is about the eponymous tour of the same, as the official synopsis states:
"Renaissance: A film by Beyoncé accentuates the journey of Renaissance world tour, from its inception, to the opening in Stockholm, Sweden, to the finale in Kansas city, Missouri."
The synopsis continues:
"It is about Beyoncé’s intention, hard work, involvement in every aspect of the production, her creative mind and purpose to create her legacy, and master her craft. Received with extraordinary acclaim, Beyoncé’s renaissance world tour created a sanctuary for freedom, and shared joy, for more than 2.7 million fans."
The Rennaisance tour began on May 10, 2023, and continued till October 1, 2023. As the synopsis states, the film will be a mix of the album and tour footage as well as voiceovers by the singer, with the trailer for the film featuring one:
"When I am performing, I am nothing but free. The goal for this tour was to create a place where everyone is free, and no one is judged. Start over, start fresh, create the new — that’s what the renaissance is about."
Notably, the film's release date coincides with World AIDS Day, with the album itself dedicated to the singer's "Uncle" Johnny, who died in the AIDS Epidemic of the 1970s and 1980s in the US.
Beyonce released her Renaissance album on July 29, 2022. The multi-platinum certified album was a major chart-topper, peaking at the top on the Australian, Belgian, Canadian, French, UK, and the Billboard 200 album charts respectively.
The album also won several awards, including the Favorite Soul/R&B Album at the 2022 American Music Awards, the Album of the Year award at the 2023 BET Awards as well as the Best Dance/Electronic Album award at the 2023 Grammy Awards.
The album's tour, meanwhile, has propelled Beyonce into one of the largest pop stars in the world, having grossed more than $579 million. The tour film will be the singer's first concert film since 2019. The singer's past concert films include I Am… Yours (2009), Life Is but a Dream (2013), Lemonade (2016), and Homecoming (2019), on different platforms.
