Cleveland authorities announced on Monday, May 8, that missing EMS worker Lachelle Jordan's location has not yet been established. According to News5 Cleveland, she was last seen on May 6, at around 6:00 pm, when she was along Fairport Avenue in Cleveland.
On Monday, authorities also arrested 65-year-old recreation worker Michael Stennett for allegedly stalking Lachelle.

Despite Michael's arrest, authorities have yet not confirmed whether or not foul play is involved in the disappearance of Lachelle Jordan. However, the missing person's sister, Rachelle Jordan, said that Michael Stennett had repeatedly harassed Lachelle, and has even supposedly fired a bullet through her window.
Rachelle Jordan added that the missing person is playing a key role in an assault case in which Michael is the accused, which led to the latter stalking and threatening her.
Authorities investigate the disappearance of Lachelle Jordan
As reported by Fox, Cleveland authorities are currently searching for Lachelle Jordan's whereabouts in the city's East side with aerial support, neighborhood awareness initiatives, and canvassing tactics. They are also questioning Stennett.
According to court records, Lachelle Jordan told officers previously that she had seen Michael several times at her workplace, and that he would loiter around her house as well. The latter was most recently spotted near her house on Thursday, May 4.
Jordan's neighbor, Juanita Hamilton, said that she was suspicious of Michael Stennett:
“I don’t want to place blame, but it’s not a coincidence. I don’t think it’s a coincidence that she just up and disappeared. I really don’t."
She added:
“When we saw all of the police, we thought at first it was a child that was missing, then come to find out it was her, so it’s sending a shock wave through the whole street right now. It’s scary. I’m scared, I’m very scared."
Another neighbor, Autumn Fletcher, echoed Juanita Hamilton's theory, stating that the community fears that Michael may have harmed Lachelle in an attempt to stop her from speaking against him in his assault case. She said that she initially believed that the missing person's child had been abducted. One neighbor told WKYC that they were shocked that an adult could be the victim of a kidnapping.
A spokesperson from the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's Office said that the trial has been delayed since Jordan's disappearance, adding:
"Our focus right now is on finding the victim and returning her safely home. This case was scheduled for a final pretrial today, no trial date has been set."
Hosea McGill, another neighbor said that this is not the first incident of violence in the area. He added, however, that the kidnapping has left many people in the neighborhood on high alert.
