While on vacation in Bali, Courtney Mills, a well-known DJ and OnlyFans star passed away in a tragic accident. Courtney Mills, 37, was in Bali visiting her two dogs. When she fell from a balcony of the apartment building, she was living in Kuta, a south coast beach town on Friday, January 10.

Her sister Kiana and mother Diane paid tribute to her. Speaking to Herald Sun on January 13, Kiana said:

"It's just the grief and mourning of a life that's been lost way too early. The most beautiful thing we have been able to do for the last couple of days is sit and reminisce about the incredible life that she lived and how full her life was..."

Courtney Mills was a popular DJ from Melbourne, Australia, born in 1987. Shortly after starting her career as a DJ, Courtney gained popularity in clubs and events throughout the nation. As per her obituary, uploaded on Echoes Of Life on January 12, she captivated her audiences with her chic appearance and stirring performances.

Courtney was raised in Melbourne by her parents, Andrew and Diane Mills, along with her five siblings. She later enrolled at the Australian Institute of Fitness after graduating from Frankston High School. Moreover, Courtney had a unique relationship with her pets, who played a significant role in her life.

Courtney's passion for Melbourne's vibrant dance scene catalyzed her musical career. Additionally, her distinctive blend of Melbourne-style songs and Main Room/Electro beats helped her establish herself right away.

Moreover, alongside musicians including Potbelleez, The Stafford Brothers, John Course, and Grant Smillie, she collaborated with renowned producer Chardy. She played music at some of Melbourne's best clubs, such as Metropol, Cushion, Secret Garden, Hotel Barkley, and Motel Eve before starting her global career.

She further played at major music festivals including Future Music Festival and Stereosonic. She was able to reach even larger audiences through these events, which helped her build a devoted following of people who appreciated her talent and enthusiasm.

As per the same obituary, Mills was a legendary figure in the electronic music industry in Australia, where her explosive performances and contagious charisma made her a famous DJ. According to the same site, she had a remarkable career spanning many years and was renowned for her flawless blending abilities and capacity to make any crowd remember her.

In addition to becoming a DJ, Courtney posted tidbits of her life on websites like OnlyFans. However, she had encountered death closely on more than one occasion. In 2023, Courtney Mills was a part of a serious accident in Bali. She fell down a flight of steps and had a head injury that caused bleeding.

Before that, five years ago, in 2018, she and her ex-boyfriend were seriously hurt in a scooter accident. Then, after 7 years, the tragic fall from her Kuta in January 2025 took place.

She was taken to the hospital for treatment after suffering severe injuries in the incident. Two days later, she passed away. In her last moments, she was accompanied by her mother and older sister Kiani.


Following her death, Courtney Mills' mother Diane, and older sister Kiana took a plane to the Indonesian island to be by Courtney's side in her last moments. Taking to the same Herald Sun, Kiana said that she was a “bright shining star”. She then added:

“She was full of adventure and never said no to an opportunity. She would drive hours and hours just to DJ for one hour.. She would fly across the country to do the job she loved so passionately and to her it wasn’t a job, it was a life.."

On the other hand, while talking to 9News on the same day about the same, Diane described her as “beautiful, big-hearted happy and go lucky”. She further said that Courtney Mills made the most of her existence.

Meanwhile, as per The Sun's January 13 report, Courtney Mills' cremation is scheduled for Wednesday, January 15 in Bali.
