Their statement read:

"The carbon monoxide leak, which occurred on December 27, 2024, in the 6900 block of Phillips Mill Road, tragically claimed the life of Dayle Haddon,76, of New York, NY. The investigation indicates a faulty flue and exhaust pipe on a gas heating system caused the carbon monoxide leak.”

The police also stated that they received a call at 6:30 AM on Friday, December 27, 2024, from a neighbour alleging that a man was seen lying on the first floor of a home in Bucks County. As soon as the police reached, they found Haddon, who had died on the second floor of the home.

Furthermore, the authorities also stated that they also found a man passed out in the house, who was Dayle’s daughter’s father-in-law. The police claimed that he was in critical condition, and the doctors are currently trying their best to save him. As per the publication, the Bucks County home in which Haddon was found dead is owned by her daughter.

Dayle Haddon was married to Glenn Souham, and the couple shared one child, Ryan Haddon, a journalist and news presenter, who is now 53 years old.
