Gossip Girl actress Blake Lively named Wayfarer Studio CEO Jamey Heath in her lawsuit against It Ends With Us co-star Justin Baldoni, which was filed on Saturday, December 21. The court document claimed that Baldoni and Heath allegedly talked about their "personal s*xual experiences."
In addition, Heath also reportedly showed Lively an unsolicited graphic film of his wife giving birth, which the actress initially thought was an explicit video. Heath is married to Natasha Hugger and has four children. Huger was a professional dancer and participated in Mi Sueno Es Bailar, the Latin equivalent of Dancing with the Stars.
As per her Facebook bio, she is a:
“Wife, Mother, Pilates instructor, Dancer, and Wellness Advocate for dōTERRA essential oils.”
Blake Lively also accused Jamey Heath, along with Justin Baldoni, in her lawsuit
Five other defendants were mentioned in Blake Lively's lawsuit against Baldoni, including Wayfarer co-founder Sarowitz and Wayfarer CEO and lead producer Jamey Heath. Lively alleged that the guys had repeatedly crossed physical boundaries and made unwanted s*xual and other remarks to her throughout the shooting.
Additionally, it is alleged that Heath and Baldoni forced Blake Lively to go fully n*de in the scene where her character, Lily Bloom, gives birth. The actress asserted that neither the script nor her contract made any prior reference to n*dity.
Lively further claimed that during the delivery scene, she was only wearing a piece of cloth to conceal her intimate areas because she had to follow Heath and Baldoni's suggestion. In addition, she claimed that the scene did not have "standard industry protections."
According to the filing, Lively reportedly wanted to talk to Heath about Baldoni's lack of professionalism on the shooting site. However, as she was removing makeup from her upper body, Heath unexpectedly entered her trailer. She further claimed that the producer insisted on staying inside the trailer even though she asked him to wait outside until she was appropriately dressed.
When Jamey refused to leave, she requested he face away from her. However, the actress claimed to have discovered Heath facing her minutes later while she was still topless.
Baldoni and Jamey also allegedly entered Blake Lively's trailer multiple times without permission, including another time when she was nursing her baby boy, Olin.
Furthermore, during a January meeting, Lively described the behavior of Justin Baldoni and Jamey Heath as "invasive, unwelcome, unprofessional, and s*xually inappropriate." They allegedly also talked about their purported addiction to watching adult films in front of Lively.
According to the filing to the California Civil Rights Department, in order to guarantee that the two could proceed with making the movie, a list of 30 requests pertaining to their alleged wrongdoing was presented during the meeting. Lively also suggested a few guidelines to prevent Heath and Baldoni from carrying out their on-set manner.
One of these guidelines further stated that Heath and Baldoni's advances, invasions of privacy, and inappropriate physical contact would not be tolerated by Lively or any other female crew members on the set. Another restriction was not to demand n*dity or fabricate any kissing or personal scenes without Lively’s prior agreement.
Additionally, Lively insisted that Baldoni stop talking about her deceased father. Moreover, it also alleged that Lively had asked that no more references to Baldoni and Heath's past "p*rnography addiction" should be made to her or other crew members. It also stated that Lively should not be given any more details about their genitalia and that:
“No more adding of s*x scenes, oral s*x, or on camera climaxing by BL [Blake Lively] outside the scope of the script BL approved when signing onto the project.”
Jamey Heath has yet to respond to the lawsuit or Blake Lively's accusations. Meanwhile, Bryan Freedman, Baldoni's attorney, referred to Lively's allegations as "false" and "outrageous." Additionally, he further asserted that the actress filed the lawsuit in an attempt to repair her negative reputation.
