Kim Beacham Hanson's daughter, Breanna Beacham allegedly has mental health issues, reveals her grandmother

In multiple statements given to the New York Post on December 18, Kim Beacham Hanson's mother, Lorraine Beacham, shared that her granddaughter had mental health issues. The 79-year-old said that Beacham allegedly had multiple mental health issues including schizophrenia and had previously threatened her family members with violence.

“She [Breanna Beacham] wasn’t in her right mind. She had called my daughter [Kim Beacham Hanson] in the middle of the night one day last week talking really crazy. She was back and forth in [mental health] facilities," she added.

She further said:

"She used to live with me and my sister, but she had to be removed by the police a couple of times because she’d start threatening out of the blue."

Lorraine Beacham also claimed that her granddaughter's mental health decline began seven years ago. The 32-year-old accused had allegedly distanced herself from her family and her mother often did not know where her money came from, her grandmother claimed. Speaking about her deceased daughter, Lorraine Beacham continued:

“She was so sweet and talented. Her brother, my son, had a major stroke in July and he’s in recovery now. I’m handicapped myself. She used to come pick us up and take us to the center and to doctor’s appointments. It’s just too much.”

The 79-year-old added that Breanna Beacham "had this problem" and no one would ever know "what she would do." However, she mentioned that never in her "wildest imagination" could she imagine her granddaughter would do this.
