Actress Lar Park Lincoln, best remembered for playing Linda Fairgate on prime-time soap Knots Landing, has passed away. Her Texas-based company, Actors Audition Studios, announced the unfortunate news in a Facebook post, adding she died on Tuesday, April 22, 2025. She was 63.

While no other details have been made public, Lincoln had been battling breast cancer since the late 2000s and had undergone multiple surgeries. The statement noted:

"Over her 45-year career, Lar left an unforgettable mark on Hollywood through her dynamic performances and dedication to mentoring aspiring actors."

The actress's career illustrated her liking for horror films and television dramas. Notably, she appeared in sequels House II: The Second Story and Friday the 13th Part VII: The New Blood. Lar also played minor roles in shows like Freddy's Nightmares, Hunter, and Murder, She Wrote.

She married Michael Martin Lincoln in December 1981, and they remained together until his death in 1995.

While details about Michael's life have not been made public, in an interview with Knotslanding.net, Lar revealed he passed away after battling cancer for two and a half years. He was 43. The actress explained that they set up a home hospice in San Antonio in his final days.

According to Lar Park Lincoln's biography on IMDb by her assistant Grace Luiis, following the death of her husband and parents (Jack and Marjorie Dale), she took a hiatus from acting and moved to her hometown in Texas to raise her young children.
