Noushin Faraji's allegations against Skip Bayless and Joy Taylor
Noushin Faraji accused Undisputed co-host Skip Bayless of making physical advances toward her starting in 2017. Bayless was reportedly vocal about his intentions with her which Noushin attempted to dodge by warning him about the cameras around them. The lawsuit states:
"Ms. Faraji panicked and began rambling that there were cameras everywhere, that she has a child, and that she does not want him."
Despite Noushin's refusal, Skip Bayless allegedly grabbed her hands and started leaving kisses while he offered her $1.5 million to sleep with him. Noushin alleged in the court filing that Bayless was wayward with her the following week as well. Upon reminding the host about his wife, Bayless reportedly made remarks about Noushin's religion:
"Aren't you Muslim? Doesn't your dad have three to four wives?"
Skip Bayless also allegedly accused Noushin Faraji of being involved in a secret relationship with Shannon Sharpe. Bayless allegedly told the hairdresser he fantasizes about her and further pressed about the amount of money that would suffice for her to accept his s*xual offer. In 2021, Bayless reportedly threatened to have her fired from the job if she refused to get intimate with him.
Noushin Faraji's lawsuit further names Joy Taylor, accusing her of throwing "personal and professional" insults at the hairdresser. She claimed to have confided in Joy after Charlie Dixon allegedly touched her without her consent at a party. However, Noushin alleged Joy Taylor was dismissive of her troubles.
Joy Taylor is also accused of bullying the hairdresser as the filing states:
"In early June 2023, the treatment reached a breaking point, as Ms. Taylor began openly mocking Ms. Faraji's English (e.g., exclaiming that she could not understand Ms. Faraji's accent) and complaining about Ms. Faraji's humming—an involuntary subconscious coping mechanism for her diagnosed PTSD."
Noushin Faraji's lawsuit described the workplace at Fox as "misogynistic, racist, and ableist."
