Dr. YoungHoon Kim is the founder and CEO of Neurostory, a startup focused on finding healthcare solutions for brain ailments using technology. He is also a mind sports specialist with degrees in multiple subjects. Additionally, Dr. Kim founded the United Sigma Intelligence Association, a non-profit organization comprising over 100 intelligent individuals worldwide.
On December 30, Dr. YoungHoon Kim took to X and claimed that Musk was the smartest person on the planet. He wrote:

The tweet was a reply to Elon Musk congratulating him for joining the social media platform X on December 29.

Dr. YoungHoon Kim is a graduate of Yonsei University and the only person in the world who is a member of both the Mega Society and the Giga Society, two organizations that exclusively admit gifted individuals with exceptionally high IQs. His IQ was assessed at the World Memory Championships, a global competition for individuals with extraordinary intelligence.
With an IQ of 276, Dr. Kim ranks 46 IQ points above the previous record-holder, Terence Tao. The Chinese-Australian mathematics professor had an IQ of 230.
Dr. YoungHoon Kim holds several degrees in multiple fields from top institutes like King's College London, University of London, Korea University, and Yonsei University. The 35-year-old has been awarded an Honorary Doctor of Science in Cognitive Science from the American Management University, an Honorary Doctor of Education degree from the City University of Paris, and an Honorary Doctor of Advanced Studies in Psychology from Universidad Azteca.
Currently, he is collaborating with the University of Cambridge and Yale University as a research partnership advisor.

The 35-year-old opined that people with high IQs often struggle with mental health issues. However, the "celebrity and entertainment worlds" help him deal with anxiety.
“I believe that celebrities and the entertainment industry are harnessing our culture and their content is so intriguing for me. They’re the ones that are entertaining all of us. They are artists so I think, in a way, learning about their lives is a form of art experience. It’s an escape for me as well, but also a source of inspiration,” he stated.
Dr. Kim expressed his love for K-pop, especially the band BTS. He also hailed himself as a Swiftie (Taylor Swift fan), explaining that her songs help him keep in touch with the quintessential American culture. Dr. YoungHoon Kim elaborated on how celebrity culture helps people express their creative side and gain motivation.
“Not only are the celebrities really creative, they’re also helping us think of new ideas and new ways to express ourselves. And it helps us become more motivated to become better versions of ourselves. And pop culture never stops!” he added.
