The news about Bhad Bhabie getting arrested started spreading on the internet and shocked social media users. Concerned fans and followers became curious about why the authorities arrested the rapper and wanted to know more details.
However, as soon as the news reached Bhad Bhabie, she cleared the air, stating that the police mistakenly detained her for an alleged robbery investigation. Posting about the same on her Instagram stories on June 12, 2024, Bhad Bhabie clarified the incident took place as the “police were searching for a similar vehicle.”
"Yesterday we got pulled over by the LAPD. They eventually released us and explained they were looking for a similar vehicle that matched the description of a car involved in criminal activity. We are okay but a bit shaken up. Luckily my daughter was not in the vehicle at the time."
Hence, authorities did not arrest Bhad Bhabie but mistakenly detained her. While the rapper has cleared the air, the Los Angeles Police Department has not yet addressed the situation.
