Late dancer and TV personality Stephen "tWitch" Boss's cousin is calling out his wife Allison Holker for "trying to tarnish his legacy." Boss's cousin, who goes by the name Elle (handle @wthDARIELLE), took to her X on Tuesday, January 7, 2024, to accuse Holker of falsely making it seem he was a "junkie." In a series of posts, she wrote:

"I’m so tired of keeping my f**king mouth shut bro. You did our family so mf dirty."

For the unversed, tWitch is a hip-hop dancer and choreographer who worked as a DJ on The Ellen DeGeneres Show. He married his So You Think You Can Dance co-contestant Allison Holker in 2013. They share three kids, including one from Holker's previous marriage. He passed away in December 2022, with cops ruling his death a suicide.

Elle continued:

"Yeah idgaf about an NDA. This crazy woman made me and his actual family including sign an NDA just to even attend the funeral. She’s been trying to tarnish his legacy and refuses to let the Boss family see the children. Only to exploit and LIE on my cousin. Hell no."

Elle is referencing Allison Holker's recent interview with People magazine where she discussed finding a "cornucopia" of drugs allegedly belonging to tWitch hidden inside his shoeboxes before his funeral.

Elle accused Allison Holker of "exploiting" and lying about tWitch to promote her upcoming memoir

Elle slammed Allison Holker's claims that tWitch was addicted to drugs. Commenting under X user @TherealCANDIACE's post criticizing Holker (a "White" woman) for not protecting her "Black" husband and children's legacy, Elle revealed that she doesn't even let tWitch's family see the kids. She added:

"He wasn’t an addict. He smoked weed and was actively trying to quit. He wasn’t some junkie."

She claimed the drugs in question that Holker found were (per Allison's interview) "weed and mushroom and some pills." However, Boss's cousin added that there was no further information about the pills. She claimed Holker was making it seem like her cousin was doing meth.

In a separate post, Elle claimed Allison Holker made tWitch's family, including his mother, sign NDAs before they were allowed to even attend his funeral.

Referencing Holker's upcoming memoir, This Far: My Story of Love, Loss, and Embracing the Light, Elle claimed Allison was "exploiting" and lying about her cousin to promote the book.

Elle also addressed comments stating her rant was for "clout," "inheritance," or "money." She claimed that it was never "about money," adding that her family was "self-made" before tWitch ever got famous.

She added that Boss' family was "hurting and confused" as much as Holker, but instead of coming together, she chose to "exploit" tWitch's memory.

Elle continued to explain this was not the first time she had spoken about Holker, noting that it had been going on since 2023. She also told a user, who asked her if the media ever contacted tWitch's family before, that it wasn't until Tuesday that anyone asked about their views.

In a separate post, Elle shared a screenshot of an article from May 2023 by Us Weekly and New York Post, which detailed that the dancer's autopsy revealed he wasn't under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the time of his death.

Since then, many have spoken out in support of tWitch, criticizing Allison. This includes fellow SYTYCN alum Courtney Ann Platt (a longtime friend of Boss and Holker) and actor Jay Chris Moore.

Allison Holker has since received backlash online. When user @innergizeyou (Kelly Gibson) questioned (under People's Instagram post about the article) why Holker was tearing apart tWitch's name, even saying that their "paycheck was not worth disgracing his name," Allison replied:

"I’ll always love you. Just trying to help people feel safe to ask for help and support."

Holker has not commented on the backlash. Her memoir, This Far: My Story of Love, Loss, and Embracing the Light, set to be released on February 4.
