Recently, a video of a TikToker having a meltdown following an alleged assassination attempt on former US President Donald Trump went viral. The incident occurred on July 13, at around 6:15 p.m., during a campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania. The gunman fired at Trump, injuring his right ear. Two spectators were hurt, and one spectator died.

Following this incident, a TikTok user, @Cele2t3, posted a video ranting about the attack's lack of success.

In the now-deleted video, the user stated:

"You're telling me somebody finally had the balls to bring a pew pew and he missed!... We were a centimeter away from half of the problem being gone and you missed!"

The video quickly went viral, prompting a wave of criticism online. The video was shared on X by a user named @libsoftiktok. Many netizens condemned the video. One X user reacted, saying:

Several others joined in to criticize the comments made in the viral video:

"She's already deleted this video and has uploaded a new one trying to sound reasonable. She's about to have a bad time," one person wrote.
"She says that she just knows it was a "white man" attached to that trigger. Liberal women are literally mentally ill," another X user commented.
"Disgusting. Absolutely disgusting," one netizen stated.

Many others echoed similar sentiments online:

"I don’t want to live in the same country as these people. I would never wish that on Biden and I have every right to dislike him. Trump has done nothing to you lady!!!" one X user wrote.
"Everyone actively praising the shooter should have their voting rights revoked," another netizen criticized.
"This is evil. There is no other word for it," another person commented.
"Hey @SecretService @FBI you might want to investigate these heavily deranged and radicalized leftists," one user urged, tagging the FBI.

A Tiktok video ranting about the alleged assassination attempt of Donald Trump went viral

The recent alleged assassination attempt on former US President Donald Trump has left the nation shocked. On Saturday, July 13, at approximately 6:02 p.m., Trump was on stage, greeting the audience with a wave before beginning his rally speech.

However, within 15 minutes, he was shot at. The Secret Service quickly rushed him off the platform after gunfire grazed his ear. The FBI has identified the shooter as 20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks from Pennsylvania.

The shooter, who had fired several shots from an elevated position outside the rally venue, was neutralized by agents and then killed by the police officers.

Following the assassination attempt, Donald Trump has already been released from the hospital. Soon after the incident, Trump expressed his sympathies to the relatives of the deceased and those who were gravely injured in a social media message on Truth Social. He shared:

"I was shot with a bullet that pierced the upper part of my right ear. I knew immediately that something was wrong in that I heard a whizzing sound, shots, and immediately felt the bullet ripping through the skin."

Following the incident, a TikToker took to the platform to rant about the whole thing, especially the failure of the assassination attempt.

The user said:

"I just found out about this shit. It just happened. I haven't even had a second to process…. We were a second away! We were a centimeter away from half of the problem being gone and you missed! There was a white man attached to that trigger. I know it! We were a centimeter away!"

The video was later deleted, but it quickly went viral on TikTok and X. Internet users took to X to slam the TikToker for their comments.


Following the attack, former US President Donald Trump has returned home to New Jersey, according to his team, and he is reported to be fine.
