Michael Jordan's eponymous co-owned label with Nike has produced one of the best-selling and most hyped sneaker lines of all time with the Air Jordan signature sneaker lineage. The duo's work has always continued to surprise fans with the most exciting releases and unique makeovers. With the recently released Air Jordan 37, the Air Jordan sneaker lineage has grown stronger than ever.
The Jordan brand has recently gave a strong preference to Air Jordan 2 sneaker model and has continued to give it a small resurgence. The latest makeover to appear of the beloved sneaker model is the Air Jordan 2 "Sail," which is slated to be released exclusively in women's sizes.
A release date for the Air Jordan 2 "Sail" sneakers hasn't been announced by the swoosh label yet. However, according to media outlet Sneaker Bar Detroit, the pair will be launched via the e-commerce site of Nike, SNKRS app and select retailers during Spring 2024.

Michael Jordan's eponymous footwear label shone a spotlight on the Air Jordan 2 sneaker model throughout 2022 and 2023. After its initial debut in 1986, the sneaker model finally found its place in the hearts of sneakerheads as the swoosh label pushed the model with new collaborations and GRs.
The shoe model received various makeovers in collaboration with J Balvin, Nina Chanel Abney, Maison Chateau Rogue and Two 18. The trend is expected to continue through 2024.
The Air Jordan 2 sneakers were co-designed by swoosh label veterans Bruce Kilgore and Peter Moore to amalgamate luxury with the basketball and sneaker world. The Jordan label site introduces the sneaker model as follows:
"With the introduction of the Air Jordan II comes a new era in footwear. On the heels of Michael Jordan's masterful entry into the game, and with calculated precision, the AJ II laid the visionary foundation for a long and prosperous footwear dynasty."
The sneaker model's latest makeover is the Air Jordan 2 "Sail," which has't received an official imagery via the swoosh label. The silhouette comes clad in a "Sail/ Coconut Milk/ Black" color scheme, for which the mockups have been revealed by Sole Retriever and ZSneakerheads.
The upper of the shoe comes clad in the titular Sail hue, which can be seen accentuated on the entire upper. The sail upper contrasts with the Coconut Milk, which is placed on the heel counters.
Another hue is added into the mix with black accents placed on the trimming, branding and heels. A black hue is added on the winged basketball and tongue branding. The look is finished off with sail midsoles and rubber outsoles.
The women’s Air Jordan 2 “Sail” are rumored to be released during Spring 2024 Via the e-commerce site of Nike, SNKRS app and select Jordan Brand retailers for a retail price of $175.
Official imagery for the sneaker is yet to be upgraded by the Nike team.
