The Air Jordan sneaker lineage has reached new heights of popularity and has gained pop-culture relevance. Now the Jordan label is focused on extending its catalog more than ever by launching new makeovers of the Jordan models. The label kick-started the Air Jordan lineage in 1985 with the launch of the Air Jordan 1 sneaker model.

The Jordan brand lineage loves to reminisce about Michael Jordan's heyday as a basketball player, and they often celebrate his historical moments and phenomenal career. These moments usually inspire the Jordan brand to create hybrid models such as Dube Zero, Two Trey, and Jordan 6 Rings.

The hybrid model 6 Rings is inspired by Jordan's signature shoes and the iconic six rings he owns. The Jordan 6 Rings silhouette is inspired by 6 Air Jordan models, including Air Jordan 6, Air Jordan 7, Air Jordan 8, Air Jordan 11, Air Jordan 12, and Air Jordan 13.

The pull tabs on the heel are taken from AJ6, the tongue construct, "TWO3" lettering, and the perforated design details are taken from AJ 12 and AJ7, and lace hardware, straps, chenille Jumpman, and tongue patches are inspired by AJ8.

The AJ11 inspires the midsection and patent leather mudguards. Lastly, the sole unit and midsoles are taken by the AJ13. The official site introduces the silhouette as follows:

"Celebrate the legendary career of "His Airness" with the Jordan 6 Rings. Incorporating key features of each shoe worn during the championship series; it has premium details and lightweight, low-profile Zoom Air cushioning that delivers a responsive feel underfoot.

The sneaker model has consistently held a prominent spot in the Jumpman lineup. The latest "Chrome" colorway comes in a sleek combination of metallic silver hues and a sleek grayscale color scheme. The shoe's upper is constructed out of mesh material, which is clad in crisp white.

The shoe features grey suede material, added upon the quarter overlays, suede guards, and the strap. Another hue is added to the mix with the color black on the sock liners, laces, rear pull tabs, buckles, and the chenille tongues tags. A flair is added to the shoe with the metallic silver Jumpman logo.

In the south, the shoe features sail-tinted midsoles to add a vintage aesthetic. The look is finished off with the white and black outsoles. The shoes are expected to release sometime soon via Nike and select retailers.
