Paul Wesley is an American actor, producer, and director. He was born on July 23, 1982, in New Brunswick, New Jersey, and grew up in Marlboro Township, New Jersey. Wesley started his acting career in the late 1990s, with appearances in various television shows and films.
Wesley's breakthrough role came in 2009 when he was cast as Stefan Salvatore in the hit CW series "The Vampire Diaries". He played the role for eight seasons and became a fan favorite.
