After waiting for two long weeks, Shark Tank season 14 finale will air on the ABC network on Friday, May 19 at 8 pm ET. Fans can also stream the one-hour-long episode on Fubo TV, Hulu, and DirecTV. The sharks who might invest in the companies featured in the episode are Barbara Corcoran, Lori Greiner, Kevin O’Leary, Daymond John, and Mark Cuban.
The Shark Tank season 14 finale will showcase four companies trying to impress the sharks with their business models and higher profit margins. If they are successful, the sharks might strike business deals with their companies in exchange for equity. The companies can negotiate the offers, decline to take money from the sharks, or accept their offer as is.
ABC’s description of the episode reads:
"Entrepreneurs come into the Tank eager to secure a deal with a Shark. Pitches include a social media star’s board game, HBCU collegiate fashion designs, a wardrobe accessory and an innovative eyewear design."
Organizations that will be seen on Shark Tank season 14 finale
This week on Shark Tank, four new business ventures - EyeWris, Influencers in the Wild, Tones of Melanin, and Tucky, will pitch their business models in front of the sharks in hopes of getting a big investment and support from well-known entrepreneurs. The episode will also showcase some of the biggest success stories of companies featured in season 14, which are now earning a lot of profit.
EyeWris
Father-son duo Mark and Kenzo Singer will pitch their business product, EyeWris, which are reading glasses that people can wear on their wrists like watches. Mark got the idea for this business when he faced the issue of losing glasses all over the house, making it difficult to read. Kenzo, who is a structural engineer and jewelry designer, helped him make the product.
They together created foldable readers, which can easily fit around the wrist and are scratch-resistant. Each piece costs $110 and is totally UV-protected. According to the company website, the glasses are lightweight, have an anti-reflective coating, and have a blue light filter.
Influencers in the Wild
George Tank Resch is bringing his one-of-a-kind board game, which helps people become social media influencers. George himself has over 3 million followers on Instagram and is known to be one of "the world’s most prolific meme creators." His other Instagram page, Influencers in the Wild, which has 4.8 million followers, posts videos of influencers doing silly stuff to go viral.
Resch’s new game starts with people having 100,000 followers as they try to gain more fan following. With the help of a dice, the players are supposed to move across the board and face challenges. The person who reaches the Big Pink Wall in LA wins the game. Currently out of stock on the official website, each piece costs $19.99 on Amazon.
Tones of Melanin
Ashley Jones will appear on Shark Tank to pitch her business, Tones of Melanin, an HBCU (Historically Black Colleges and Universities)-based clothing brand. Ashely created this company in 2017 while attending Norfolk State University. She did not think that the branded clothes associated with her university represented her style, so she started creating her own.
Currently, the company deals with every HBCU and their respective fraternities. Ashley also sells her products in department stores. Almost all of her products are under $30 and can be purchased on Amazon and her official website.
Tucky
Brooke Knaus will pitch her specially designed belt to the Shark Tank judges for top tucking. Her product, the Tucky, will help people get a tucked-in look without having any bulge in the waist. Knaus spent a lot of time tucking in her sweatshirt before creating the product in 2021.
Brooke initially sold the belts on Instagram and then on her website. Each Tucky costs $30, and a portion of her sales helps benefit pediatric oncology care in Tanzania.
ABC network has already confirmed that Shark Tank will return for its 15th season.
