Subway’s new Baja Bliss collection: Products available, new promotions, and all you need to know

Subway has kicked off the new year with special offers for foodies. The fast-food chain announced the launch of its new Meal of the Day menu and Baja Bliss collection on January 6, 2025.

The Meal of the Day features some bestselling subs from the menu. For the new Meal of the Day Menu, you can order a six-inch sub for $6.99 or its footlong counterpart for $9.99 and add either cookies, chips, or a fountain drink.

The Baja Bliss collection, on the other hand, has launched two new subs made with the fan-favorite—Baja Chipotle Sauce. Customers who favor Southwestern recipes might enjoy the new limited edition Baja Bliss collection.

1) The Meal of the Day

Doug Fry, President of Subway North America, described the new menu option as a versatile option for their customers and said:

"Subway's new Meal of the Day showcases the variety of better-for-you ingredients across our entire menu, our signature subs, and our definition of value – where you shouldn't have to sacrifice quality for an affordable price.”

He continued:

“Whether dining on the go-to fuel an active lifestyle or enjoying the moment after a long day, Subway has made ordering a satisfying and tasty meal a whole lot easier."

The Meal of the Day offers different menu ingredients for each day of the week. For Monday, customers can treat themselves to the Cold Cut Combo. Tuesday offers All-Pro Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki.

For Wednesday, you get a taste of their bestselling Meatball Marinara. The Thursday menu boasts the new Baja Chipotle Chicken. On Friday, you can check out the Tuna before ordering The Ultimate B.M.T on Saturday. Sunday rounds up the week-long menu with The Philly.

Customers should note that the Meal of the Day features the 6” sub, and anyone interested in the footlong option will have to pay $3 more.

2) Baja Bliss collection

The two new subs from the New Baja Bliss collection may come with chicken or sliced turkey, depending on the customer’s preference. Made from Italian bread, the sandwich is filled with fresh vegetables, toppings of the SubKrunch, and Baja chipotle sauce.

Due to the popularity of the Baja Chipotle Sauce, the restaurant chain has brought back Miss Vickie’s Baja Chipotle potato chips as part of its Baja Bliss menu. Like their sub counterparts, Chipotle potato chips are only available for a limited time.
