SXSW 2022, Austin's most exciting and chaotic week, is here again. South by Southwest's annual tech, film, music and art mega-festival made its return in person this year after it got canceled in 2020 due to the COVID 19 pandemic situation, and was consigned to virtual-only status in 2021.
The SXSW 2022 has begun in Austin, this March 11 (Friday), 2022 and will go on till March 20 (Sunday), 2022. Venues for the event are scattered all throughout the city, entailing convention halls, theaters, stages, restaurants, hotels and even churches for panels and talks, concerts, TV and movie premieres, and an exciting comedy festival that will be opened by John Cleese.

1) Food-film Watch Parties

The event will take place on March 19 (Saturday), starting 4 pm. Without a shred of doubt, no Texas festival is ever complete without their Mexican siblings. MACCnífico is a 3-day music event hosted by the Emma S. Barrientos Mexican-American Cultural Center.
