Hulu’s ever-so-dramatic The Kardashians has gotten off to a quick start concerning the heavily anticipated season 4. The latest episode 3 of the show saw a heavy focus on Khloe Kardashian as she looks to move on from her long-term relationship with former Cleveland Cavaliers basketball star Tristan Thompson.
The episode saw a range of other highlights as well, including Kim Kardashian aiming to spend time with her son on a soccer trip to London alongside his other friends. Kris, on the other hand, appears distraught with the fact that one of her daughters appears to have found love while the other is dealing with the consequences of a separation.
She used the opportunity to try and find a partner for Khloe, who was not impressed with her blind date. Episode 3 of season 4 of The Kardashians also saw a range of other dramas.
The Kardashians season 4 episode 3 majorly focused on the friendship between Khloe and Scott
The show in season 4 has seen Khloe Kardashian take much of the centerstage. While her siblings have been embroiled in constant drama, none of the other major stories appear to compete with Khloe’s separation from Tristan.
Titled A Step in the Right Direction, episode 3 saw Khloe being set up on a blind date by her mother. The episode also heavily focused on the chemistry between Khloe and Scott Disick. He later joked at one point that he wanted to have a romantic relationship with her and was seen organizing the Kardashians’ fridge.
Khloe has been friends with Scott for years, and the pair has an uncanny chemistry that has often led to rumors of a relationship. However, the episode focused on their friendship as Khloe revealed how supportive Scott had been through her recent troubles.
Scott himself was dealing with a back injury, which he said had been the result of a car accident and a s*xual incident.
Khloe was seen helping Scott with her recovery and providing her with physical therapy advice. Scott had previously dated Kourtney Kardashian during the 2010s, which led to a friendship between him and Khloe.
Moving on, while Khloe was heavily involved in the episode, her siblings also played a part. Kim Kardashian was seen preparing for a business tour to Milan, which was partly to promote her recent collaboration with global fashion giants Dolce and Gabbana. Kourtney was initially expected to join her sister but ended up skipping the tour. Khloe also ended up refusing to show up at the last minute.
Kourtney has recently been embroiled in a bit of a feud with her oldest sister. However, the relationship has been getting better since the start of the season, and the two appear to be on the “right track.”
Finally, the show again moved on to Khloe, who met with Tristan Thomspon during the episode. The ex-couple has also been moving in the right direction in the recent past. Khloe claimed that she was not interested in rekindling the relationship with Tristan, who has been making efforts to win her back.
Khloe apparently helped Tristan with a job at ESPN via her networking contacts. The NBA star, who had previously been involved in several cheating scandals, was seen helping his former partner with various household tasks. The pair seems to be working on their connection, which might eventually lead to them getting back together.
Episode 3 of The Kardashians also saw a dinner party hosted by Corey Gamble and Kris Kardashian. Corey talked multiple times about a potential partnership with Dolce & Gabbana, like Kim Kardashian. However, while it was hinted at, no such partnership or release of a specific line has yet been confirmed.
Episode 4 of The Kardashians will be released on Thursday, October 19, at 12 a.m. ET on Hulu.
