BTS’ Jin enlisted in the military last year on December 13, and J-hope became the second member to enlist in the military on April 18, 2023. BTS’ RM’s fans took to social media to react to his candid pictures on Instagram. Although fans could not understand the hidden meanings from his Instagram caption, several users commented positively under the post. However, ARMYs are aware that the septet’s frontman might be enlisting in the military next and is now preparing themselves for it.
Aside from that, fans were happy to see a mini-reunion between BTS’ RM and Jungkook, which supposedly happened at BLACKPINK’s Jennie’s after-party for the Calvin Klein limited-edition capsule launch.
BTS’ RM has been giving continuous hints about his impending enlistment for quite some time now. On April 1, 2023, BTS’ leader hosted a Weverse live, updating fans about his current activities and enlistment plans.
There, he mentioned that he is working hard on his new music and is locked up in his studio for most days. A fan requested him not to work so hard, to which the BTS’ leader explained that he has no choice but to work deligently and finish his projects before enlistment. He made a reference to “I don’t have a lot of time,” which is similar to the aforementioned caption from his recent Instagram post.
Additionally, BTS’ RM revealed that the songs won’t be released this year and might come out once he enlists in the military. He also candidly revealed that he was supposed to enlist together with J-hope, but he pushed it back to a later date to complete his impending work. In the long and profound letter, BTS’ leader detailed his current state of mind, what is keeping him busy, Bangtan’s 10-year anniversary which falls on June 13, and what the future holds for them in the future. BTS’ in-house producer Supreme Boi posted a picture of RM working in a studio
ARMYs are already familiar with BTS’ in-house producer Supreme Boi, who has collaborated with the talented group on various hit songs, including Mono, BTS’ RM’s second mixtape, and Proof, the group’s last album before going on a break.
Recently, he took to his personal Instagram to share a black and white photo of several artists working together. Although most of their faces were partially hidden, fans recognized the Indigo singer in an instant due to his tall stature, his exposed feet, and the brief smile visible.
