On December 9, 2024, X user @PopularLiberal posted a screenshot of an alleged Truth Social post by Donald Trump which read:

"Recently, Melania took Baron [sic], A GREAT GUITARIST, to see overrated, communist singer, Bruce Springstern [sic]. NOT IMPRESSED!!!"

The X user questioned in his tweet if the "model conman" misspelt his son's name or if was he "seeing things." Questioning how could the President-elect make that mistake, the X user called it "classic" and "hilarious".

This tweet soon reached 432K views by December 19. However, according to the fact-checking website Snopes, the Truth Social screenshot shared in the tweet is fake and is not from Trump's Truth Social account.

There is no proof of the statement about Melania and Barron Trump not being impressed by Bruce Springsteen's performance on the US President-elect's X or Truth Social accounts. Additionally, the same hasn't been reported by any credible news outlets.

A fact-checking report by AOL dated December 12, 2024, also confirmed that there was no proof of the President-elect's post featuring this statement about Melania and Baron being unimpressed with Springsteen's performance. Netizens also noticed that the screenshot featured an error in the spelling of "Springsteen" as "Springstern" and "Barron" as "Baron".
