Disney influencer Dominique Brown passed away on December 5, 2024, after suffering from an allergic reaction at an event. According to the New York Post, the 34-year-old influencer was at a BoxLunch event wherein she reportedly unknowingly consumed food that she was allergic to.
Multiple influencers who were present at the event said that the item Dominique consumed was allegedly unmarked, and she had been told that it did not contain the ingredient she was allergic to. Additionally, influencer Mike Bryck told Funeral Memories that organizers of the event were reportedly told about Dominique Brown's allergy before the incident occurred.
On December 7, 2024, an X user @obbsessionss claimed that Dominique was her mother's best friend of 10 years. The X user mentioned in the tweet:

According to a report by People Magazine dated December 7, 2024, a reporter from the publication witnessed Dominique Brown receiving CPR at the BoxLunch event after eating something that triggered her allergy. Additionally, 911 was called immediately.
A BoxLunch representative told PEOPLE in a statement on December 7, 2024,
“We are devastated by the passing of Dominique Brown, a beloved member of the BoxLunch Collective, who suffered a medical emergency at an event hosted by BoxLunch on Thursday in Los Angeles,”
The representative continued:

As per People Magazine, Dominique's brother @pramos313 took to the comment section of the Disney influencer's last Instagram post to thank everyone for showing her love. After introducing himself, Dominique Brown's brother mentioned in the comment:
