"Iris is alarmed by Barry's disappearance and Cecile assures her everything will be OK; Team Flash is affected by a mysterious substance; Khione develops a better understanding of what she can and cannot control."
From the released clip and synopsis we learn that Barry vanishes into thin air and is nowhere to be found. The news even gets reported by news outlets and Iris is extremely worried about her husband. Cecile assures her to not worry and that Barry will soon be found.
Team Flash even gets affected by an unknown substance and Khione, who has developed some new powers will realize the limitations of her strength.
