Ronnie Ortiz-Magro made a surprise appearance on the show "Jersey Shore: Family Vacation" on March 23, 2023, after leaving the MTV show in 2021. A week after Sammi "Sweetheart" Giancola, his on-again, off-again ex-girlfriend, revealed she would appear in the Jersey Shore spinoff, Ortiz-Magro made his comeback.
The episode included a life update from Ortiz-Magro, 37. "I feel like I needed a change of scenery and just a change of pace in my life," Ronnie said. "I've decided to move from Los Angeles to Miami and open up a new business. It's a sneaker store called SneakerClinic."

City Attorney’s office determined that criminal charges were not warranted against Ronnie related to the incident that occurred in April."
What happened between Ronnie Magro and Jen Harley?
Ronnie and his then-girlfriend Jen Harley announced that they were expecting a girl on December 26, 2017. Ariana Sky Magro, their daughter, was born in April 2018.
