Numerous characters from the thriller drama series, Money Heist, died during the two heists, and a few of them were too agonizing for the viewers to bear.
Alex Pina is the creator of the Spanish crime thriller television series Money Heist. With flashbacks, time jumps, hidden character motives, and an untrustworthy narrator to add depth, the story is told in real time.
As told from the perspective of one of the thieves, Tokyo, the series chronicles two well-organized heists that target Spain's Royal Mint and Bank. So many characters died in the drama series Money Heist. Below is the list of some important characters' death:
Nairobi (played by Alba Flores)
Nairobi's death was one that really affected the entire cast and audience. Gandia shot her in the head, and she passed away which is where the animosity toward Gandia started.
Fans adored her for having a no-nonsense, tough, and upbeat attitude. The entire gang promised to take revenge for her death after she was killed in the fourth season, which gave rise to the fifth.
Tokyo (played by Úrsula Corberó)
Tokyo has been the show's narrator since the beginning. One of the main factors for viewers' emotional attachment to the show was her voice. When the Professor is captured in season 5, the gang is left without their "guardian angel" (as Tokyo refers to the Professor). Tokyo resolves to give her life in order to save Denver and Manila while the army is on its way.
She was shot several times by the soldiers, but instead of fleeing for cover, she persisted in fighting. In her final moments, she opened a belt containing four grenades while grinning.
Moscow (played by Paco Tous)
Because of his son Denver, Moscow became involved in the heist. Although an experienced criminal, Moscow wished to give up his lifestyle. However, when Denver had to pay off a debt, Moscow decided to take part in the robbery. He was Denver's biological father, but Tokyo and the other members of the gang looked up to him as well. When he and Rio attempted to cover Tokyo in season 2, he and Rio were both fatally murdered by police outside the Royal Mint of Spain.
Oslo (played by Roberto García)
The initial gang that plundered the Royal Mint in Spain included Oslo. Oslo and Helsinki have comparable appearances as they joined the group together, but Oslo passed away in season 1 after a hard demise. He asked Helsinki to murder him after being struck on the head at the hands of the hostages.
Gandía (played by José Manuel Poga)
Gandia, the Bank of Spain's head of security, became one of the most despised characters on the show. Thanks to Arturo, he was able to escape from the bank after executing Nairobi in cold blood and becoming one of the captives. With the final belt of grenades she unlocked, Tokyo is the one who ultimately puts an end to his life.
When Sagasta informs Tamayo of the casualties in the first scene of Season 5 Part 2, we learn about his passing.
Berlin (played by Pedro Alonso)
Berlin, the Professor's older brother, agreed to take charge of both heists because of his passion for them. Berlin made all of these arrangements, but the Professor was always the planner. He often talked about enjoying the life of a child because he had a rare degenerative condition.
But he lost his life while attempting to save the gang. He used a machine gun to delay the police before killing himself. Although Berlin passed away in the second season, he is seen in flashbacks throughout the entire series. Fans had a love/hate connection with him.
