Big Brother season 25, week 12, had a double eviction, bringing the competition down from seven to five houseguests. It's getting down to the wire, and now it's every player for themselves. This week saw underdog Jag win his fifth consecutive challenge, earning both the HoH title and the Power of Veto, which he chose not to use, keeping America and Blue on the block and vulnerable to elimination.

The October 26 episode saw the elimination of Blue Kim. The guests then competed in the episode's HoH task and the final Veto competition, after which another player was evicted: America Lopez.
Big Brother 25 is down to the final five
With Big Brother 25 nearing its end, the competition is only getting more cutthroat, and nobody can be trusted. However, in this week's double elimination, yet again, the votes were unanimous. An entire week's worth of play took place in episode 36, with the first elimination right at the start and the next one after another HoH and Veto competition. Blue Kim and America Lopez were evicted.
The episode started with Jag deciding not to play his Power of Veto, keeping Blue and America on the block. America was campaigning for herself, while Cirie was campaigning for Blue to Felicia. Cirie had also told Felicia about a discussion between herself and Matt about backdooring Jag. Felicia relayed this information to Jag, but since he hadn't seen it himself, he was a little skeptical.
During eviction, with a unanimous vote of 4-0, Big Brother's Blue Kim was eliminated. She told the host that it was good gameplay on Jag's end, expressing that she was going to plot to get him out next if she had any more time in the Big Brother house.
Next, the guests except last week's winner, Jag, competed in the HoH challenge specifically for the double eviction. It was a pop quiz with jazzed-up BB-themed film posters and a range of questions in relation to them over the course of seven rounds. Matt and Bowie ended in a draw, and after they went head-to-head, Bowie became the new week's HoH.
Bowie used her power to put Felicia and America on the block. By this point, it had become clear that the majority of the household, who also held most of the power, was targeting America. All houseguests participated in the final Veto challenge. They were tasked with hunting for sweets in a massive ball pit and then using them to fill a tube. Matt came out victorious, gaining the last Power of Veto.
America tried pitching herself to Matt, requesting that he use his power to get her off the block and potentially replace her with Bowie or Cirie since they were forming an alliance. However, Matt didn't waver and stuck to their original plan, forfeiting his power.
Felicia and America were up for the second eviction of the night. Once again, with a 3-0 landslide vote, America was sent packing. After the end of her journey in the Big Brother house, America shared with Julie that, considering how powerful Jag and Matt were together, she knew she had almost no hope of continuing, especially since she was already their target.
Big Brother 25 is inching closer to its ending, with the pool now down to five. The new Head of Household competition will take place in Sunday's episode, and playing it strategically could potentially help the winner bag the ultimate prize. Big Brother 25 airs new episodes on Sundays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays on CBS.
