#9 For the NWA World Heavyweight Championship: Cody (c)/w Brandi Rhodes vs Shinsuke Nakamura
Shinsuke Nakamura's main roster run has been a bust so far, despite getting a headlining match at WrestleMania [not really] and a United States championship run. His inability to adjust to a softer tone and a heavy push from the onset have found Nakamura floundering without substance, even with his chaotic heel turn.
Next year, Nakamura will head out from the WWE to return to a changed NJPW. He will instantly target the CHAOS leader Kazuchika Okada post-Wrestle Kingdom, putting into motion a lone strong style player across not just New Japan, but the indies as well. This will set him for a chance against Cody at ALL IN as a special attraction title match, to stick it to the 'E.
On American shores, Nakamura will finally prove what he's really capable off, to an audience and continent that failed to see his potential. Cody will be bearing the torch of the reviving NWA, with their title on the line, and his reign a year in. In an exhilarating match, Nakamura will take Cody all the way, but just about falter, setting a precedent for the rejuvenation of the NWA.
Result: Cody ekes out with a win on Shinsuke Nakamura to retain the NWA World Championship!
