Exclusive: In conversation with Impact Wrestling's newest superstar, Josh Alexander

Impact Wrestling has been making all the right moves recently, be it the simulcast on Twitch or even signing their big names to long term contracts, building a core team of pro wrestlers to carry the brand forward. Their latest addition to the roster is a man named Josh Alexander, who has signed a three-year contract with the company.

For those unfamiliar with his work (much like I was), this is how Impact Wrestling described him:

Alexander had been considered one of the best free agents on the market, until D’Amore gave him the IMPACT contract at a Destiny Wrestling event in Canada. Alexander is best known for his work with AAW, PWG, and AIW.

Josh Alexander was part of the Impact Wrestling Media Pass podcast and had a chance to interact with journalists from across the globe. I was a part of the same as well and asked him why he'd decided to come to Impact Wrestling and additionally, whom he'd want to face in the roster:

"I think both your questions have the same answer. I think the roster right now, especially the signings that they're announcing right now, make it the place to be. People like Sami Callihan, Brian Cage, Killer Kross, John Morrison who was unknown before he showed up in Impact, Rich Swann, The Rascalz...they're all guys I want to get in the ring with.This is going to be the place to be going forward. Especially because of the roster."
