PAC may have taken his first singles loss at AEW Full Gear, but given that he reclaimed his win on Dynamite, he rightfully should take the #1 spot this week. PAC has been red hot since finally joining AEW back at All Out, and with 2 wins over Adam Page and one over Kenny Omega (taking his overall record to 4-2-1), no one deserves this spot more.

PAC was ranked at #2 in the initial standings, and despite the controversial finish to the AEW World Championship match at Full Gear, Cody still lost and is now out of contention for the title, so PAC is seemingly next in line.
It's hard to see who could challenge PAC for this spot given how much momentum he has gained over the past few weeks, and while it may change in 7 days' time, right now, PAC should be considered the best contender for Chris Jericho in all of AEW.
