#3 Seth Rollins
Seth Rollins is currently reigning as the Universal Champion, and despite a few poor singles matches in 2019, he's still an elite performer inside the squared circle. The King Slayer has been one of WWE's best for quite some time now, and despite being matched up with the likes of Baron Corbin recently, he's still managed to put on some entertaining matches. Sure, outside of WWE where he could have more freedom, Rollins would be putting on incredible matches nightly. But under the banner, he has struggled to put together a hot run of his own.
Regardless, The Architect is WWE's top guy for a reason, and with potential matches against guys like Styles, Ricochet, McIntyre, Reigns, Joe and so many others in his near future, he'll prove everyone wrong again. It's likely that his Twitter beef with Ospreay was just a bit of fun because both men are incredible. But given the 2019 form of both men, we have to give the edge to our next entry.
