Named after legendary hockey player of India Dhyan Chand, Major Dhyan Chand National Stadium in Delhi is India's main hockey stadium. The stadium hosted the 2010 men's hockey world cup as well as the hockey matches at the 2010 Commonwealth Games.
The stadium has a capacity of around 20,000 and also hosted hockey matches played at the 1st Asian Games in 1951.
