After scoring on his debut against Nottingham Forest, the youngster followed it up with a slew of brilliant performances, earning him a place in the starting eleven.
Mason’s promising debut season also won him a new five-year contract and has begun the new season brilliantly, scoring a goal as well as winning the Man of the Match award against Sunderland in September. The 24-year-old also earned a call up to the national side and is now in contention to appear in next year’s Euro Championship.
His rating is now 75 in FIFA 16, compared to last year’s rating of 64.

#4 Anthony Martial - Manchester United
When the young Frenchman first arrived in England on deadline day, nobody had a clue as to who this young lad who cost Manchester United so much was. But a debut goal against Liverpool and a few fantastic performances later was all it took to make him a household name.
Martial, who has five goals in ten appearances to his name, is blessed with amazing pace, a more than keen eye for goal as well as excellent composure. His rating, as a result, has jumped from 69 in the previous game, to a promising 77.

#6 Francis Coquelin - Arsenal
The Frenchman was signed by Arsenal from French outfit Stade Lavallois way back in 2008 but failed to live up to his enormous potential at first, which is why became a peripheral figure at the club.
Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger was on the verge of offloading his fellow countryman before Aaron Ramsey picked up an injury, which forced the manager to recall the youngster from his loan spell at Charlton and press him into action. The result was incredible – Francis Coquelin performed magnificently, participating in several key victories and became indispensable to the club.
As a result of his dynamic performances, Coquelin’s stock on FIFA 16 has been bumped up to a respectable 78 as compared to last season’s rating of 72.

#7 Kevin De Bruyne - Manchester City
The Belgian was simply magnificent for Wolfsburg last season, with his goals helping them lift the DFB Pokal, the DFL Supercup as well as finishing as runners up to Bayern Munich in the Bundesliga.

#10 Giorgio Chiellini - Juventus
31 is the age where players, no less defenders, start to wane, but the Italian is showing no signs of it and is still considered as one of the best centre backs in Europe.
Chiellini’s excellent displays at the heart of defence for Juventus acted as the Catalyst in the ‘Old Lady’ retaining the Serie A title last season as well as a key component in their excellent Champions League run, which caused them to reach the final that they eventually lost to Barcelona.
The Italian’s brilliant performances earned him a place on the UEFA Champions League Team of the Season as well as a place on the ESM Team of the Year.
His rating in FIFA 16 is 87, which is three points more than the previous edition of the game.
