#2 Eddie Guerrero- 58

Eddie wasn’t one of those big wrestlers who had big size and strength; he was simply a great technician who had a boat load of charisma. And this was the traits that made him a star with a career which spanned over ECW, WCW and WWE.

The moment when he won the World title defeating Brock Lesnar still stands out as one of those best underdog stories in WWE history.

There were many exciting moments like this in Eddie’s career and if it wasn’t for his unfortunate death, we would’ve had a lot more to add to that list.

#3 Super Crazy - 58

Known for his extreme time in ECW, Super Crazy was one of those wrestlers who didn’t get the appreciation for his skills in WWE.

He spent three years in WWE where he formed a team with Juventude and Psicosis which was named as the Mexicools. The stable went on to become a great success with the fans despite being introduced as heels. But soon they split up and both of the wrestlers disappeared from the WWE for some time.

He then made his return to Raw and had many other short feuds before leaving the company. Super Crazy travelled across the world after that and still remains active in the Indy circuit.

One of the most prominent jobbers in WWE during his time, Funaki used to be that guy who had matches with almost all the big names and ended up losing.

What most of us doesn’t know is that Funaki is a onetime Hardcore Champion and Cruiser Weight champion and was ranked at 103 of Pro Wrestling Illustrated’s top 500 wrestlers of 2001.there was no doubts to his in ring skills and Funaki was someone who the fans couldn’t hate.

He now runs a training facility in Texas named the Funaki Dojo and also takes up independent bookings every now and then.

No it’s not the current Sin Cara (which is Hunico to be precise), it’s the real one who came from Mexico. The reason why WWE singed him from Mexico was because he was one of the greatest entertainers that the country had to offer.

But the company failed to showcase his real skills in front of the fans and Sin Cara soon ended up leaving the WWE.

Known as Mistico back in his country, he was the biggest star in CMLL, which is a top promotion in Mexico. He belongs to a big wrestling family as well and will have no trouble whatsoever in finding another promotion after going out of WWE.

Spike Dudley was one of those wrestlers who rarely got the hatred of the fans even with his heel gimmicks. He also is a cult figure among the small wrestlers as everyone compares the weak people or jobbers with Spike Dudley.

However, he was a tough nut to crack and his bloody matches in ECW serves as the proof of it. He also took some great bumps in WWE as well which included the TLC matches that he had with the Dudley brothers.

The most memorable moment of Dudley’s career came at ECW where the fans surfed him throughout the arena after being thrown out of the ring.

He now spends his time taking up occasional independent bookings and also has a part time job of being a financial planner.

A Japanese star rose from the ranks of ECW, Tajiri was among that rare Asian wrestler who saw a fair amount of success in the United States. Though he was not to the level of legends like Great Muta, Tajiri had a lot in him which the fans loved.

His trade mark Tarantula lock and mist spitting acts made him stood out from the regular cruiser weights and Tajiri was also involved in an on-screen relationship with Torrie Wilson which was a hot storyline back then.

A former WWE Cruiserweight champion, Tajiri now wrestles in Japan and is still pretty much popular back in the states.

The Ultimate Underdog of professional wrestling, Rey Mysterio has achieved some things that would put the biggest men in the business to shame.

A multi time champion all across the world, one of the highest point of Rey Mysterio’s career came in 2006 when he fought of 29 other men to win the Royal Rumble and book his place in the WrestleMania.

This was the moment which pushed Rey from being a mid-carder to the main event scene and he then went on to become a multi time World Champion.

Another obvious choice in the list, El Torito has been an exciting gimmick ever since he came to WWE. Before his WWE run and alignment with the Los Matadores, he used to be Mascarita Dorada who worked in the midget division in Mexico.

He won various titles back in Mexico which included the Mexican National Mini-Estrella Champion (two times) and was also the co-holder of the AAA Mascot Tag Team Championship.

All these apart, Torito is now the entertaining bull in the WWE who adds more spark to the Matadores. With the talents he have in the ring, there won’t be any doubts to who will rule the midget division if the WWE had one.

Well Hornswoggle isn’t one of those big names in the list, but he is clearly someone who could pop the crowd. His comedic timing while promos with DX have been entertaining to the core and the controversial angle where he was made Vince McMahon’s son also stands out as his biggest moments.

He also has an illustrious tag of being the last Cruiserweight champion in the history which also tells us that he came to the business actually to wrestle than hug children in the crowd.

The former “Short stacks” still remains unmatched as the most famous shortest wrestler in the company and from the part of the fans; the company should try to make better use of him rather than wasting his talent backstage.
