Daniel BryanDaniel Bryan is temporarily out of action due to his health issues. He would surely make a comeback in the coming months and that is happy news for many WWE fans. It should however, be remembered that Bryan will never be the same as he was before the injury. WWE will try to build some interesting storylines once Daniel makes his return and ask him to fight various opponents. But there are some guys with whom Daniel Bryan shouldn't work with, considering his health issues. As part of this slideshow, let us look at 5 opponents Daniel shouldn't work with-
#5 Triple H/The Authority
New Champs in WWE! More RIGHT HERE
Remember the WrestleMania 30 encounter between 'The Game' and 'The Beard' ?! How was that? Would you like to see one more match on those lines? 'The Game' has never liked Bryan and the possibility of a match between these two is always open. This is something that is best for neither business nor Bryan. When you talk about Triple H being in action, the implied fact is that he will be accompanied by 3-4 superstars. All of them coming together and decimating Bryan is not at all good for the leader of the “Yes Movement”.
#4 Bray Wyatt
In 2014, Bryan was involved in numerous bouts with the Wyatts. Bray is still direction-less and there is every possibility that WWE would ask Bryan to fight Bray after his return. This is not good for Bryan as we remember the past. How did you feel when Daniel was planted on the steel floor by Bray? Would you like to see that again? With a fragile neck, you can't expect Bryan to take much physical stress. With Harper in his corner, Bray will be even more intimidating.
#3 Kane
Kane played the lead role in the Daniel Bryan injury saga. It was Kane who delivered a Pile-driver to Bryan on the steel stairs. This caused a very serious neck injury to Bryan. He was out of action for a few weeks but later made a comeback. This was a temporary relief to Bryan as the injury once again caused problems. There were rumors that a masked Kane would return at SummerSlam and would have one last major run in the WWE. So, would you like to feed the monster with someone like Daniel? A big NO!
#2 Sheamus
Sheamus was doing great as a heel. The 'Celtic Warrior' made a comeback a few months ago on RAW and took out both Bryan and Ziggler. Sheamus is portrayed as very powerful these days and this would mean that WWE is certainly planning something big for Sheamus- his victory at 'Money in the Bank' readily explains this. There are also rumors that Sheamus would possibly align with 'The Authority' in the future. So, it's not good for Bryan to lock horns with such a powerful heel.
#1 Brock Lesnar
Now, let's talk about Bryan facing the pinnacle of the industry today. Daniel has told earlier that he would like to face Brock Lesnar. Do you really think that's going to happen today? What do you think will happen to Bryan if Lesnar takes him to suplex city? Stop thinking! ‘The Beard’ vs. ‘The Beast’ is not a possibility. Daniel facing Lesnar would be great for us to watch but as far as Bryan is concerned that could amount to career suicide.
