5 Reasons why this will be John Cena's worst WrestleMania

In what is looking like a showcase of immortals, the Cenation leader and the man shrouded in mystique are all set for an encounter of epic proportion at the thirtieth anniversary edition of WrestleMania. For some who has been following Bray Wyatt this would simply be the biggest push he can get because there wouldnt have been any one bigger than this for Bray to make his WrestleMania debut against. He will be bound to burn Cenas legacy at the grand stage of them all while Cena will be stuck in with one of the most successful gimmicks that the writers have produced in the PG Era.It has all the settings to be a match that could make headlines and Bray Wyatts career is going to be shooting into the stars after this, but its going to be a WrestleMania that Cena would love to forget and here are the reasons why.

#5 Its a mid-card match

New Champs in WWE! More RIGHT HERE

Last time Cena had a mid- card match in WrestleMania was almost a decade ago against Big Show for the United States title and it was his debut in the pay-per-view.

He has been in the main event of nine Wrestle Manias in a row after that and this year he is going to be kicked back into the mid card once again.

Despite not having all the fans behind him, Cena is one of the most famous and polarizing stars in the company. He is more popular than anyone else in the roster to be precise and in terms of personal runs; being in the mid card is not something that he would’ve wanted.

It’s a refreshing change however for the fans and it might be the best thing for business as well since Cena was starting to get stale with his title challenges.

#4 Lack of versatility

Cena is someone who could go on headlining WrestleMania and having title bouts as long as he sticks around the business.

But having feuds with wrestlers who thrive upon certain gimmicks is not something that the comfort zone of Cena.

Whatever situation he is put into the things Cena would be doing is chuckling and smiling or making lame jokes about his opponents. He will fail to bring in that intensity factor that Bray feeds upon making the feud look more of a funny affair than what it was designed for.

Cena isn’t the one to blame for that also since the creative hasn’t given him any new innovative stuff for ages now.

From the last promo that these two had we saw the same john Cena making it clear that there is nothing put into his character to enhance the feud. This will cost him dearly in the match because it exposes his lack of versatility on the big stage.

#3 He is going to lose it

Bray Wyatt has been projected as one of the biggest prospects for the future ever since he made his debut in the main roster.

The pushes and high profile feuds he got is proof for that and this will be the epitome of all that: He is set to make his WrestleMania debut against John Cena.

And there is no reason whatsoever why the WWE would let Bray lose on is his WrestleMania debut after building him up like this. This makes Bray’s win the only outcome from this match leaving Cena as the loser.

Cena is used to losing against established names in the business like Randy Orton, Rock or CM Punk buy losing against an upcoming talent like Bray at WrestleMania will be something different.

He might get one over Bray later, but a loss at WrestleMania is a loss no matter what and for someone like Cena it’s not a regular day’s work.

#2 Cena is no Daniel Bryan

The last time Bray Wyatt had a high profile singles match was back in Royal Rumble where he faced Daniel Bryan.

It was one of the matches of the year contender thanks to the sheer in ring brilliance of Bryan. Bray was made to look like a fierce dominating animal with Bryan being the underdog and WWE would be trying to depict a similar situation with Cena as well.

But the fact is Cena is nowhere near the technical brilliance that Bryan possess and will have a tough time putting together a match which would make both men look good.

His inability would certainly make Bray a great predator but Cena would only be a helpless prey rather than a fighting warrior like Bryan. Cena will look no good in the loss which adds more pain into the wound since a loss itself was a big deal in the first place.

#1 Fans will cheer for Bray Wyatt

Fans cheering John Cena’s opponent at WrestleMania is not something that haven’t happened before, but those times he was against the lights of legends like Rock or Triple H not against an upcoming heel in the company.

The WWE Universe going behind a heel instead of a lifelong baby face like Cena would make him look really bad and put question marks over Cena’s gimmick without any doubt.

Since he is the face of the company no matter who denies it, WWE wouldn’t want to change him heel as well leaving them with an awkward situation.

It would be a bad thing for Bray Wyatt also since he has built up a great character so far which could go into waste thanks to Cena.

A situation like this is going to change the face of Cena’s career as well and it will remain as a black mark for a long time no matter what he goes and does in the future.

And if by any chance Bray Wyatt is going to flop after this, this will go down in history as the match which was a shot which didn’t hit the target.
