5 Superstars who broke the Eleventh Commandment in WWE

The Dead Man and Brock Lesnar had a great history

Paul Heyman speaking about the Eleventh Commandment in WWEThe eleventh commandment in WWE goes like this- “Thou shall not intentionally provoke the Beast, Brock Lesnar”. In addition to Suplex City, this has become a famous catch phrase for Paul Heyman these days. What this means is that any WWE Superstar is not supposed to intentionally make Lesnar angry by provoking him by all possible means. Lesnar has come across several opponents in his career (Angle, Rock, Big Show etc; in the past and Cena, Rollins, Reigns etc; now) and he has given the fans some spectacular moments to remember. Although any opponent who takes on him needs a story-line, let us not consider this as a provocation here. Our definition of provocation here means that Lesnar was teased and irritated or he was made to lose something because of the teasing. As part of this slideshow, let us have a look at 5 instances where WWE superstars broke the eleventh commandment-

#5 The Undertaker

The Dead Man and Brock Lesnar had a great history

New Champs in WWE! More RIGHT HERE

The history between Brock Lesnar and Undertaker is something very remarkable in WWE. Lesnar was the only one who defeated the phenom at WrestleMania and broke his 21-0 undefeated streak. Last year at the Battleground PPV, when Brock Lesnar faced Seth Rollins and for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. Lesnar was about to close in on a victory and it was then that the church bells rang, smoke rose and the dead man made a shocking appearance in the arena.

He not only attacked Lesnar but also cost him the title. This made Lesnar very irate and a match was set up between both these guys at the SummerSlam PPV and Undertaker won the match. He made Lesnar even more furious after winning the match by delivering a low-blow to him and also tapping out without the notice of the referee.

One final match was scheduled at ‘Hell in a Cell’ and this time, Brock slayed the Phenom and emerged victorious by taking a 2-1 lead since WrestleMania 30.

#4 Seth Rollins

‘The Architect’ did something stupid at WM 31 according to Heyman

The main event of WrestleMania 31 featured Brock Lesnar and Roman Reigns and that match was for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. At the end of the night, we had a new champion and it was not the challenger, Roman Reigns.

Seth Rollins cashed-in his MITB contract and emerged victorious at the end of the night. This act led to the provocation of the Beast. Lesnar was never pinned and he lost the title that night. This made him mad and the next night he came out asking for a re-match on RAW.

Rollins promised him that he would get one but didn't grant him the match that night. An irate Lesnar took out his frustrations on J&J security and an innocent camera man. A few weeks later, Brock destroyed the car presented by Seth Rollins to J&J. A couple of provocations and that’s it. Lesnar almost scared everyone with his look on the RAW after WrestleMania.

#3 Big Show

A Giant provocation

The World’s largest athlete has had a lot of history in the past with Brock and it was recently that these two men came face-to-face again. At the 2014 Royal Rumble PPV, Show and Lesnar fought each other in a major WWE PPV after a long gap.

In the weeks heading to this match, Brock Lesnar was teased multiple times by Big Show. Lesnar was tossed many times outside the ring by Show who displayed his strength. This all made Brock very angry and he went mad and even tried to attack the giant with a chair.

All his efforts went in vain as Big Show gave him absolutely no chance to attack. He vented out his frustrations by screaming, disturbing the announcer’s table and all such stuff. But Show got the beating of a life time in the hands of Brock at Royal Rumble and as Heyman would say, he conquered the Giant.

#2 The Wyatt Family

These guys don’t leave anyone on the roster

If I say that the Wyatts provoked Brock that would be an understatement. They indeed screwed him. Lesnar entered this year’s Royal Rumble at No.23 and he eliminated Erick Rowan, Luke Harper and Braun Strauman.

This made Bray Wyatt the only person from the family to stay in the match. Wyatt felt that for him to win the match, Brock should no longer be in the ring and ordered his family to take care of Brock.

After elimination, all three men entered and attacked Lesnar. Brock could counter them for sometime but the numbers were just too many for the Beast to handle. He eventually got eliminated from the match by the members who were not even the legal men in the match. Add to that, in the weeks leading to Royal Rumble 2016, Brock was attacked by Wyatts on RAW and Bray delivered a Sister Abigail to the Beast.

Rumours are wild that Lesnar would face either Bray/Strowman at WrestleMania and if the rumours are true, the Wyatts will soon pay for their misdeeds.

#1 John Cena

The ‘Champ’ slapped the ‘Beast’

This was an epic provocation. John Cena did something very stupid on RAW in April 2012. Back then, Lesnar joined hands with John Laurinaitis and returned to WWE. Lesnar was speaking something on RAW and it was then that Cena interrupted him and walked down the aisle and entered the ring. He just spoke some random words looking at Lesnar, walked towards him and slapped the Beast. Everyone was shocked for a moment.

Lesnar attacked him viciously after that and busted open Cena’s mouth. The entire roster came out to separate these guys and Lesnar was just as furious as hell that night. As far as I could remember, this is the most humiliating moment for Brock Lesnar in WWE.
