Could Brock Lesnar meet someone other than Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 32?

What’s going through Lesnar’s mind when he sees this guy?

Ready for anythingThe Beast has come back to WWE.As if we didn’t see this coming, Brock Lesnar re-emerged from the shadows last Monday night on Raw and sent a message to the current WWE World Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns.Mr. Suplex City wants his world title back.It was about this time last year we were all giddy with excitement over Lesnar defending his title against Reigns, as if it were a foregone conclusion – two superheroes colliding in the promotion’s biggest event.Lesnar never lost his title, as Seth Rollins entered the ring and stole the show, claiming the championship for himself. Now, with Paul Heyman in tow, there is someone who wants to reclaim what is rightfully his. But now, with WWE in such a state of confusion and Vince McMahon publicly pulling the marionette strings, will that happen? It should, but will it happen? There have been many a time when everything falls in line and fans get the match they want to see, and boom! The rug is pulled out from underneath them. Will McMahon go Lucy Van Pelt on the WWE Universe and create another sad case of havoc, where fans boo the stars despite the fact that it is not their fault.Should there be an alternative plan, and yes, I think McMahon is finally getting it through his head that there needs to be other scenarios to ponder, who will stand in the ring with Lesnar? The list is short, but here are a few names to consider in the event a match with Reigns does not happen.

#1 Steve Austin

What’s going through Lesnar’s mind when he sees this guy?

New Champs in WWE! More RIGHT HERE

He swears up and down he does not want to get back into a WWE ring, but this is an event in Texas and WWE could use his star power in the company’s biggest event of the year. This is a match that has been teased for some time and repeatedly, Austin says “NO!” If you like the idea of these two getting in the ring and beating each other to death, give me a “Hell, Yeah!”

This is the only match that would bring Austin out of retirement.

#2 The Rock

Doesn’t get any better

This one could happen under the right circumstances. I have been working with a scenario that goes a little something like this. The Rock appears at the Royal Rumble to come to the aid of his cousin, Reigns. The two superstars – Lesnar and Rock – stand in the ring facing each other and agree to meet face to face in Dallas.

The crowd goes wild in Orlando and Reigns, who still has his WWE World Title, faces Triple H in the co-main event at WrestleMania 32.

#3 Kevin Owens

He’ll fight whoever wants to Fight, Owens, Fight

This is the match I personally want to see more than any potential confrontations. If Owens and Lesnar are the two left standing in the Royal Rumble match, then this will happen. Owens has spoken openly about his desire to get in the ring with Lesnar.

This could be one of those “passing of the torch” matches where the old bully in the school yard faces the new bully on the block. Owens can more than hold his own in the ring with a powerhouse like Lesnar. While it may not be as “sexy” as matches with Austin or Rock, it might be the one that is best for business.

#4 Bray Wyatt

This would be the most interesting match we’ve seen in a while

There is a belief that at some point, Wyatt will become a babyface. The match may not be as entertaining as seeing Wyatt and Heyman go word for word in promos, but the value of the match would be well worth it.

The one thing that Lesnar is above everything else, mentally strong. I would love to see how Wyatt, who is the master of manipulation and mind games, works on The Beast and his mental preparation. Don’t get me wrong. The match would be epic because Wyatt won’t go down without a fight and his unorthodox style would be the antithesis of Lesnar’s brutal game.
