#1 He has worn 7 different jerseys in his career
In a career that spanned for over 20 years, Beckham donned seven different jersey’s. Manchester United, Preston North End, Real Madrid, Los Angeles Galaxy, AC Milan, Paris Saint-Germain and England national team.
He first wore the number 4 jersey with Preston North End, before being given the number 10 jersey at Manchester United. He then inherited the iconic number 7 jersey at Manchester United, when Eric Cantona retired. Mostly throughout his international career with the England national team he wore the number 7 jersey, while also wearing the number 15 and 17 jersey on a couple of occasions.
He then wore the number 23 jersey with Real Madrid first and LA Galaxy later. Beckham had revealed that he wore the number 23 jersey in admiration of legendary basketball player Michael Jordan, who also wore the number 23 jersey.
He wore the 32 number jersey during his loan spells with AC Milan, while also wearing it again during the final days of his career with Paris Saint-Germain.
Fun Fact: More than quarter-million Beckham LA Galaxy jerseys were sold even before David Beckham put pen to paper to the 5-year-deal in the July of 2007.
