For Manchester United, he requires 36 more goals to surpass the legends 249 and for England, he requires 12 to get past Charltons 49 goals. Something that Wazza should be able to accomplish over the next year or two.
#5 Rooneys temper

Wayne Rooney is known to be the complete team man, whether it’s putting blocks in front of goal or playing majestic crosses over 40 yards. He is the only player in Premier League history, to get to double digits for goals and assists, for five seasons in a row. A record that seems unbeatable for now.
#7 Youngest player to make 200 appearances
Wayne Rooney also became the youngest player to make 200 appearance in the Premier League in 2008. He was also one of the few players to get to 200 goals for Manchester United.
#8 The best Premier League goal award
In the 2012/13 season,Rooney’s overhead kick against cross town neighbours was voted goal of the Premier League era and won United the game.
Here’s what Sir Alex said about the goal:
"I've never seen anything like it, that's for sure. Absolutely stunning. Unbelievable. The thing about that goal is that Nani's goal will be completely forgotten and it was a fantastic goal. [His] first touch takes it around the defender and he rolled it into the net. It was an unbelievable goal but no-one in their right sense will even talk about it!"
