We are going to take a look at some of the famous Inter Milan fans from around the globe. Founded in 1908, the Milan based club has a rich history. They share one of the fiercest footballing rivalry with cross-town neighbours AC Milan. History suggests that majority of Inter fans have been from the middle-class section of the society, while the working class people root for AC Milan, the red half of the city Milan. Though these two clubs share a ground, the famed San Siro, also known as the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza, they have over the years been embroiled in a fierce rivalry. Though AC Milan were founded earlier in 1899, Inter also has had a huge fanbase throughout their history. Milan’s blue half have an enviable record both in Italy and across Europe. The Nerazzurri have an enviable collection of 18 League titles, which makes them the third most succesfull club in Italy (after Juventus and AC Milan). Italian crooner Andrea Bocelli is an Inter Milan fan. The classical and Latin-pop singer has been a lifelong fan of Internazionale inspite of turning blind at the age of 12.

He has sold over 100 million records worldwide, but was unfortunate to lose his eyesight after an accident while playing football. He had been as a kid diagnosed with congenital glaucoma, and turned worse during a game of football. He suffered a hit on the head while playing in 1970, as a 12-year-old, that led to permanent loss of eyesight.

But he didn’t let his disability affect his love for the game and for his boyhood club Inter Milan. The 2-time Brit Award winner has continued to churn out classical hits in Italy and abroad, all the while supporting his first love Inter Milan.

The American actress, producer and singer is an Inter Milan fan who doesn’t stay back in professing her love for the Milan club.

The 41-year-old is best known for starring in the Emmy and Golden Globe award-winning American sitcom ‘Who’s The Boss’. The Brooklyn based actor had earlier had a shot at singing, and has released four studio albums.

Milano was supposedly a big fan of Zlatan Ibrahimovic and it was the Swede’s heroics at Inter that got her hooked onto supporting Inter Milan. One of the most famous and succesfull motorcycle racers of all time, Valentino Rossi is an Inter Milan fan. The nine time Grand Prix World Champion has always been a very vocal supporter of his beloved Inter.

The 35-year-old Italian other than scorching race tracks all over the globe, makes it a point to visit San Siro to watch Internazionale play. Though he likes to stay as a recluse, media-shy person in his personal affairs, he makes it no secret about his love for the Nerazzurris.

Rossi frequently makes comments on his boyhood club, be it congratulating on their success or criticising their failures. The biker has made known his ire and rage at several of the decisions by the Inter Milan management board. After watching his club’s shock loss to lowly club Novara in February 2012, Rossi fumed “Why did we sell Thiago Motta?” on twitter. He was along with several Inter fans unhappy with the club’s decision to sell the Brazil-born Italian International to Paris Saint Germain for 10 million Euros that season.
