#1 Arsenal\'s Vermaelen agrees deal to join Man United
Arsenal skipper Thomas Vermaelen has agreed terms in principle to join Manchester United this summer. However, the Red Devils must now agree a transfer fee with Arsenalto lure theBelgian International to Old Trafford.

Napoli have publicly denied claims that they have agreed deal to sell their star striker Gonzalo Higuain to Barcelona. The 26-year-old joined the Serie A club only last summer and is believed to be a target for the Catalan club.
Spanish newspaper Marca claimed that Higuain is on the verge of completing a €40 million move to the Camp Nou. But Napoli have denied such rumours via twitter declaring that the claims are "entirely unfounded" and that they "lack any foundation."
Meanwhile, another Spanish newspaper Sport report that the La Liga giants have no interest in signing the Argentine International: “We spoke to the club(Barcelona) to verify the news. Higuain is absolutely not in Luis Enrique’s plans. There was no contact with Napoli.”

New Manchester United boss Louis van Gaal is planning a double raid on Bayern Munich duo Arjen Robben and Bastian Schweinsteiger as he attempts to get Red Devils back to the Champions League.
The Dutch coach is thought to prefer experienced midfielder Sweinsteiger to his Bayern and Germany team-mate Toni Kroos and despite Robben ruling out any move this term, the Red Devils will make efforts to land the flying winger.

Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho is planning to negotiate a double swoop move for Real Madrid duo Luka Modric and Rafael Varane.Real Madrid are poised to make a £27 million bid for Blues’ midfielder Ramires.
Despite Mourinho insisting that the Brazilian is not for sale, the Chelsea boss is reportedly willing to sell the 27-year-old in an exchange double swap deal for Modric and Varane. Modric is said to be a long term target for Chelsea and with David Luiz sold to Paris Saint Germain for an initial fee of £42 million, Mourinho seeks defensive reinforcements and wants reunion with Real Madrid defender Rafael Varane.
